- Pork Chops
- olive oil
- medium onion
- green pepper
- red pepper
- can of diced tomatoes, any flavor
- bay leaf
- a packet of chicken bouillon packet
- can of tomato sauce
- a packet of Sazon
- garlic cloves
Now that we have all our ingredients let’s make this delicious Puerto Rican Stewed Pork Chops!
Step 1 – Press the Saute button and add the sofrito, olive oil, onions, garlic, red and green pepper and stir well for about 3 minutes.
Step 2 – Once you smell deliciousness, add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, sazon, chicken bouillon, and again mix well for about another 3 minutes.
Step 3 – Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Step 4 – Stop Saute.
Step 5 – Press Manual 20 minutes* and natural release.
*Now I use bone-in pork chops I also like enjoy my pork chops to fall off the bone. For boneless pork chop, we recommend 10 to 15 minutes natural. Keep in mind that the more you make the longer it will take to cook.
