Allow the meat to rest for five minutes once removed from the oven.

How to Cook Baked Chops
If you don’t want to attempt the method above, you can also bake pork chops on a cookie sheet. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and rub your pork chops with olive oil.
Season with your favorite seasoning blend. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until your pork chops reach a temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow to rest for about five minutes before cutting.
