Cover the outer pan in a layer of aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

Allow the meat to rest for five minutes once removed from the oven.
