This Cuban Mojo Chicken recipe is made with orange and cilantro and baked to perfection!

You can also use whatever chicken cuts you have on hand. However, it's more delicious when using pieces that have skin.

- olive oil
- orange zest
- orange juice
- Garlic cloves
- Orange wedges
- chicken thighs or legs

Using a large bowl combine all the ingredients except for the chicken and orange wedges.
Next, mix the ingredients well to create the mojo marinade.
Add the chicken to the marinade, cover and refrigerate for up 4 to 12 hours.
Once you are ready to prepare the chicken, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Use a baking pan and place the chicken with the skin side down.
Next, add the marinade and orange wedges to the chicken.
Bake the chicken for 30 minutes.
Once 30 minutes pass, flip the chicken and spoon some marinade on top.
Bake the chicken for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
Remember, the internal temperature safe to eat chicken is 165F.

In a big bowl combine all the ingredients except the chicken and orange wedges. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
Place the chicken, making sure the marinade covers them.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours to up to 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place chicken in a baking pan with the skin side down.
Add the marinade and the orange wedges.
