How to make Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Potato Skins
What are the ingredients to make buffalo chicken potato skins?
To make Buffalo Chicken Potato Skins you are going to need:
- Favorite buffalo chicken – Find the recipe here.
- medium baking potatoes
- Olive oil
- sea salt
- shredded cheddar cheese
- Green onions
Now that we have gathered all of our ingredients follow the steps below to make this buffalo chicken potato skins recipe.
Instructions For The Potatoes:
Preheat Air Fryer to 400. If your Air Fryer doesn’t have a preheating option, start the AF on that temperature for about 5 minutes.
Using a fork or a sharp knife poke each potato about five to six times.
Next you are going to rub or spray the potatoes with oil and sprinkle the salt.
Place the potatoes inside your Air Fryer basket or tray (depending on the model of Air Fryer) and make sure they are NOT crowding each other.
When we use large potatoes, we are only allowed to fit two at a time so keep that in mind. You don’t have to place them all at the same time. Also, the size of your Air Fryer will affect how many potatoes you can fit inside.
Set the Air Fryer to 400 for 20 minutes, turn, and cook for 20 minutes.
Once is done cooking, life out the potatoes using tongs.
Place the potato on a flat surface and slice each potato in half.
Scoop out the potato and add chicken and cheese.
Place the potatoes back into the Air Fryer for two more minutes or until the skin is crispy and cheese is melted.
Garnish with additional toppings if desired.
Drizzle hot sauce or ranch dressing.
Your Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Potato Skins are ready to serve!
