We all know how delicious avocados can be, but what do you do with them? Sure, there’s guacamole and avocado toast, but what else can you do with this healthy superfood? Why not stuff them? This recipe is so yummy and perfect for a quick lunch.

What can I make out of avocado?

There are so many things you can make with avocado. Not only is it a delicious spread on toast and a great dip ingredient, but you can use this healthy fat as a substitute for unhealthy fats. From brownies to smoothies, you can use avocado in so many ways.

Can you eat avocado skin?

While avocado skin is safe to eat, you more than likely don’t want to eat it. It’s very bitter, thick, and just nasty. Thin-skinned avocados may have a slightly better experience, but really, there’s no reason to eat the skin.

Can I eat a whole avocado a day?

Avocados are high in monounsaturated fats. With that said, you are okay to eat an avocado a day, but make sure you’re getting other healthy foods into your diet as well. One avocado has around 320 calories, 29 grams of fat, 4.3 grams of saturated fat, 3.7 grams of polyunsaturated fat, 20 grams of monounsaturated fat, 975 mg of potassium, 17 grams of carbs, 13 grams of fiber, and 4 grams of protein.

To make this stuffed avocado recipe you are going to need the following ingredients:

  • Avocado
  • Chicken breast
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Sant and pepper

How to make stuffed avocados

Now that you have gathered your ingredients it is time to make stuffed avocados. All you have to do is follow the steps below:

Combine the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.

Add the shredded chicken and stir until everything is well incorporated and it looks like a thick paste.

Stuff the avocados with the chicken mixture and serve over a bed of shredded lettuce.

Delicious avocado stuffed with chicken that is easy to make and so delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large avocado, cut in half and pitted
  • 1/2 Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tsp lemon juice
  • Sant and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the mayo with garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Add the shredded chicken and stir until everything is well incorporated and it looks like a thick paste.
Stuff the avocados with the chicken and serve over a bed of shredded lettuce.
