Guys, let’s talk Air Fryer Curry Chicken Kabobs because we can’t get enough of our Air Fryer and well the recipe is delicious too.
Now we love some pinchos de pollo in our home and having an air fryer makes it easy to enjoy. For this recipe we used green peppers but of course like any other or our recipes you are more than welcome to add any veggies you like.

How to make Air Fryers Curry Chicken Kabobs
Before we continue with this air fried Chicken and Pepper Kabob recipe, know that we use multiple air fryers (Yes, I have more than one, don’t judge!) and below are what we recommend.
My first love was this Farberware 3.2-Quart Oil-Less Multi-Functional Fryer and I received this as a gift. LOVED IT! It’s super affordable and is available at Walmart.
Now that you have an idea of what air fryers we use let’s continue.
What are the ingredients to make Curry Chicken Kabobs?

For this Air Fryer Curry Chicken Kabobs you are going to need the following ingredients:
- chicken breasts or tenders
- bell peppers
- cherry or grape tomatoes
- yellow onions
- green curry paste
- fresh basil, diced
- coconut milk
- chicken broth
Now that you have gathered all your ingredients follow the step below:

Using a medium sauce pan, add the coconut milk, chicken broth, curry paste and basil and simmer on medium high heat for about 15 minutes or until reduced by 2/3s.

Next cut the chicken and onions into cubes.

Cut the peppers into large squares.

Add the chicken, peppers, tomatoes, and onions onto kabob sticks. Make sure you leave space at the top and bottom of the skewers.

Use a basting brush and coat the skewers on all sides with the curry sauce.


Heat the air fryer to 350 degrees F and back the for 16-18 minutes or until the chicken is done.

This recipe makes about 12 chicken kabobs.

Air Fryer Curry Chicken and Pepper Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pound chicken breasts or tenders
- 2 bell peppers
- ½ pound cherry or grape tomatoes
- 2 medium yellow onions
- 2 tablespoons green curry paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, diced
- 13.5 ounce coconut milk
- 8.25 ounce chicken broth

1. In a medium saucepan, add coconut milk, chicken broth, curry paste, and basil.
2. Simmer on medium high heat for 15 minutes or until reduced by 2/3s.
3. Cube chicken and onions.
4. Cut peppers into large squares.
5. Add chicken, peppers tomatoes, and onions onto kabob sticks, leaving space at the top and bottom of the skewers.
6. Using a basting brush, coat both side of the filled skewers with the curry sauce.
7. Heat air fryer to 350 degrees F.
8. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until done.
