What makes the carne asada fries really shine is the carne asada. The secret to delicious carne asada is marinating the steak.

How long should you marinate carne asada?

You need to marinate it for at least 4 hours. However, I don’t advise marinating it for longer than 8 hours because the meat can become a bit mushy.
