In our blog we talk about money issues and this is something that people really don't want to talk about. Today, I want to talk about something else. Something that many females don't want to talk about to others. That is light bladder leakage or LBL.

LBL affect 1 in 3 women whether is it during pregnancy or laughing, you might be surprised to know how common it is. LBN is a common problem for females due to life events such as childbirth, menopause, and such.

It only happens to old people.

This is not true as almost half of the people who suffer from LBL are under 40.

No one else suffers from it.

LBL is common among women. Remember that 1 in 3 females older than 35 suffer from it.  Speaking about it and discussing LBL to others and you will be surprise how many females suffer from it. No need to be embarrassed!

Surgery is the answer.

Know that surgery is the last option when it comes to LBL. There are other treatments to treat light bladder leakage that are recommended before considering surgery.

It's normal to leak while you sneeze.
