- 2 Cups fresh ravioli
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup of parmesan cheese
- ½ Tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
- In a bowl combine the breadcrumbs with the parmesan cheese, paprika, and salt and pepper.
- Dip a ravioli in the beaten egg and coat with the breadcrumbs. Transfer to the air fryer basket.
- Repeat the process with the rest of the ravioli.
- Spray with cooking spray.
- Set the air fryer to 350 degrees and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
⦁Use cooking spray instead of oil. That way, you get an evenly golden brown layer.
⦁Don’t overcrowd the basket. I worked in two batches, but it depends on the air fryer you are using.
⦁Serve with tomato sauce, pesto, marinara, or any other dipping sauce you love.
