Set your favorite electrical pressure cooker to Sauté.
Add butter, onions, dry parsley, garlic, and stir for about 5 minutes.
Add basil, salt, and pepper and stir for about 3 minutes.
Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, sweet corn, and potatoes
Turn off Sauté and press Soup 15 minutes.
When the soup is done, add the milk and cheese and stir.
Serve and add more cheese!
