Puerto Rican Sofrito Recipe
Ingredients
- Medium Spanish onion
- 5 cubanelle peppers, seeded
- 15 garlic cloves, peeled
- Bunch of cilantro
- 8 ajiles dulces (sweet chili peppers)
- 5 leaves of culantro
- 1 large red bell pepper, seeded
Instructions
Add ingredient to blender and blend.
Notes
You can add one medium tomato and salt to this recipe. You can also freeze for later.
