Instructions

Step 1 – On your Instant Pot, press Sauté and add the ground meat and cook for a few minutes (2 minutes)

Step 2 – Add olive oil, sofrito, onions, garlic, sazon and mix well for about 2 minutes.

Step 3 – Sauté the meat until brown.

Step 4 - Once the meat is brown add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and chicken bouillon packet (optional) and mix well.

Step 5 – In about 5 minutes later add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Step 6 – Close the Instant Pot and stop Sauté function.

Step 7 – Press the Manual button to 5 minutes.

Step 8 – Manual release and stir well.
