Holidays are fast approaching, and there is something about the food that I, truly love!

Today, I have this simple Cranberry Cracker Bites that are great appetizers during your family gatherings.

The great thing about these cranberry cracker bites is that you can use deli turkey meat or leftover turkey as well.

What are the ingredients to make Cranberry Cracker Bites

To make this holiday appertizer you are going to need the following ingredients:

  • 10 whole-wheat crackers
  • 1/3 cup of cranberry jelly
  • 10 slices of deli turkey (or ½ cup of thinly sliced turkey meat), cut into quarters
  • 5 slices of provolone cheese, cut into quarters
  • 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons of cranberry sauce, excess sauce drained
  • 10 pecans, crushed

How to Make Cranberry Cracker Bites

Now that you know about all the ingredients required to make this recipe, it is time to learn how to prepare it. Follow the steps below.

Grab a cracker and spread 1 teaspoon of cranberry jelly over it.

Next, add a layer of slice turkey meat and place over the jelly covered cracker.

Add two-quarters of your sliced cheese above the turkey meat. Follow it by adding cranberry sauce over the center of the cheese.

Once you have added the cranberries, sprinkle pecans over it.

Your cranberry cracker bites are ready to serve!

Ingredients
